300 VGR Horizontal, 3-Phase, Direct-Fired, Flanged Vapor Gas Reducing Separator

Leed has successfully embarked on an aggressive separator development program aimed at processes that will:

· Realize more revenues

· Recover 50% - 80% of VOCs          

· Reduce fuel gas costs

· Approach zero emissions

· Minimize generated volumes of oil tank gases

· Recycle remaining vent gas, first as augmented fuel for operating separators then as supplemental salable production

· Improve separated oil and gas qualities

· Reduce total emissions from production batteries

Leed’s new, patents pending, VGR Separators reduce VOC levels for regulatory compliance exemptions, and for the following other benefits:

· Wasted condensed gas is recycled back to separator burners, thereby conserving virgin natural gas that would have been consumed by them.

· Salable production gas is increased by more efficiently removing it from oil, thereby reducing the amount of gas that is lost from tank batteries.

· Qualities of both oil and gas are improved due to higher separator operating efficiencies.  Cleaner and drier down-line gas is provided.

· Normalization processes are adjusted at field locations as opposed to sales points.
