Remanufactured Production Units (Separators)

Leed’s separator remanufacturing processes initially involve thorough incoming condition inspections along with cost appraisals.  Once accepted, these steps are followed by reconditioning or repairing such that we can recertify Leed’s and other manufacturers’ products before their deliveries.  Leed only remanufactures under the strictest certification guidelines.

New Production Units (Separators)

Leed’s newly offered incinerators have been designed to burn the greatest amounts of VOCs emitted from petroleum production units and tank batteries.

Enclosed Flares (VOC Incinerators)

Leed has recently introduced vapor gas recovery separators that dramatically reduce VOC emissions and increase natural gas outputs in a wide variety of applications.

Leed’s field construction, equipment installation, maintenance, and repair services are provided by our highly trained Roustabouts and 6G certified Welders.  They satisfy many of our customers’ well site, collection system, and gas plant requirements.  A portion of these services are dedicated to delivering and installing our production units and flares.
